Improved worker profiles

The following key worker details are now visible in the provider's view or the profile PDF download of Worker Profiles:

• DBS valid until date
• DBS status (Clear / Convictions)
• Visa type
• Visa expiry date
• Maximum weekly hours

Key Functionality

1. Profile View (Provider Only)

1. 1. You can now download a PDF Worker Profile (Both Provider & Super Admin Views)
   2. Under Travel & Other Information section, we've highlighted key information:

• • • DBS is valid until [Valid Till Date] (e.g. 6th Nov 2026)
    • DBS Status: Clear / Convictions
      • "Clear" if "Any Convictions Recorded in DBS?" = No
      • "Convictions" if answer = Yes

c. A new table has been added under the existing Work History section with the title "Visa and Work Eligibility"
