Updating Financial Information

As you may know, we're launching our direct debit process to make our service easier for you to use. 

As part of our commitment to maintaining the best financial compliance, the transition to Stripe Connect has been one we've deliberated about, and designed to ensure you stay in control of spend management, and we lead the way in financial standards. 

Alongside this direct debit change, we've added authorisation settings, dispute and approval features, to ensure 100% of jobs paid are jobs completed! 

From 1st November 2024, all invoices will be through Direct Debit, this is a mandatory change for all clients and agency partners. 

Below you'll find an easy step-by-step process to set up your direct debit with Care Hires.

Login to the dashboard

Sign in using this link: https://portal.v3.carehires.com/ 

Once signed in you'll be prompted by pop ups and widgets guiding you to the finance dashboard where you'll be used to update your details.

1 - Initial screens

Update your Organisation details

Under 'organisation details' you'll be able to review and update your details before proceeding. This can also be found on the organisation tab of the system.

2 - Updating Provider details

Add bank details for the direct debit

Expand the 'bank details' section and fill out the information direct debit information required to process bills going forward.

3 - Updating bank details

Update your billing details... and then you're done! 🎉

Enter your contact details for the direct debit set up and then click 'save'. Once complete your information will be securely stored through Stripe Connect and all bills going forward will be raised through our new payment service provider.
