What each compliance status means and what action you need to take.
Care Hires holds a standard compliance criteria for all workers uploaded on the Care Hires platform. Our compliance team will review against this criteria, and only ‘Approve’ profiles who meet this. It is imperative that, before you click ‘Submit for Review’, all required documents and training are uploaded. If anything is missing, your worker’s profile will be denied.
Where clients do require additional training certificates and documents, this will be expressed on assignments posted via the Care Hires Marketplace. Worker profiles must be updated by you to reflect the clients needs.
See below for more information on profile statuses.
Submit for Review
When a worker profile has been completed, you will see an option that says ‘Submit for Review’ in the bottom right of the workers profile. If clicked, this will submit the worker profile to be checked by our compliance team, which is a necessary step in getting them approved to pick up shifts on the Care Hires platform.
At Care Hires, we have a dedicated compliance team who check profiles both in and out of office hours. However, this does not necessarily mean that your profile will be checked immediately, our compliance team aims to check all profiles within 24-48 hours depending on team availability and number of profiles submitted.
There are caveats to this, if you are uploading for a specific client or for an upcoming shift meaning that the worker’s approval is time-sensitive we can expedite this process, but this is at the Supply or Account Team’s discretion. Please do not call or email the support team asking to prioritise your workers, the support team will not be able to do this.
Denied Profiles
If your worker’s profile is denied, you can view what is missing by navigating to the profile in question and clicking the three dots in the top-right of the profile. This will give you the option to ‘View Denied Reason’. From here, you will need to upload what is missing and click ‘Resubmit’ once amended. To find the resubmit button, please click ‘Update Compliance’ in the bottom right of the profile, and select ‘Resubmit’.
Where all necessary documents have been uploaded, the compliance team will mark the profile as Approved - this means that no further actions are required from you and the worker is ready to be suggested for suitable shifts.
