You will have kickstarted your Care Hires journey with a member of the Supply Team - your Agency Engagement Manager. They will have covered all things registration, company services, opportunities, set expectations and taken you through the good ol ' ‘techy bits’’. Consider them your Care Hires home base!
This brilliant team are your advocates! Where we have any new clients, products or services that can be a benefit to our network of agency partners, they will be the ones shouting from the rooftops, and guiding you on how to get involved.
Agency representation
The Supply Team will liaise directly with prospective Care Hires clients, and champion our agency network! They are the voice of agency partners, to ensure fair treatment and unbiasedness.
Support new client opportunitiesThe Supply Team will monitor and support all Marketplace assignments posted, to make sure you are in with a winning chance for the client contract. They will assist you with client contract preparations and create the client PSLs.
Initiate client contractsOnce an agency is ready, the team will introduce you to the dedicated Account Manager assigned to your new Care Hires client.
Your support systemThe Supply team will liaise daily with your Account Managers to ensure contracts are running smoothly and advise on suitable Care Hires products and services to strengthen your agency businesses.
