Sign-in to Your Account

Logging into your Care Rota account is the initial step towards effectively managing care schedules and optimising the way you allocate your staff in your care homes.

Follow these steps to sign-in to your account to gain access to the powerful features of the platform, ensuring a smooth start to your journey with Care Rota.

1. Open the Care Hires website on your preferred web browser on your PC or tablet.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection to access the platform seamlessly.

2. Click Sign-In on the top-right corner of the page. 

3. On the sign-in page, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials provided to you during the registration. 

4. You can also Sign-In with your Microsoft Account for a seamless Single Sign On experience, that allows you to access the Care Rota system without the hassle of juggling different login credentials.

5. Enter these details accurately to ensure a successful login.

6. After entering your login credentials, click the Sign In button to proceed. Care Rota will then validate your information and grant access to your account.

Congratulations! You have successfully signed into your Care Rota account.

 

If you are signing into your account for the first time or is still using the credentials provided by the system, it is best to change it. 

    Change your Password

    You are requested to change your password immediately after login in for the first time as it is a system generated password you are provided with for your account.

    1. Navigate to the profile section within your Care Rota account.

    2. Click Manage your Care Hires Account.

    3. Select the option to Change Password.

    4. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.

    5. Follow any additional instructions provided.

    6. Click Save to confirm the changes.
