Resubmissions

If you are not happy with, or would like to reignite an old, but still live, assignment. You can choose to either re-engage or re-submit the bid. To do this, begin by rejecting the current offer.

The system will give you the option to re-negotiate this rate, if you would like to suggest a new charge rate, please select ‘Negotiate’. Alternatively, select ‘Reject’.

We will then need to know why you are rejecting this bid. Whether that is because the rates are too low, or don’t reflect worker experience etc. You will then be able to reject the amount offered.

Once you have rejected the client’s offer. You will be given two options, Re-engage or Re-submit. Re-submit will delete your current bid completely, allowing you to submit a new one with fresh workers and rates.

Alternatively, you can re-engage, which will allow you to pick up where you left off.

Re-engagement will allow you to suggest a new rate - please enter what is most feasible for your agency, whilst remaining competitive to the clients asking rate.

If you would no longer like to re-engage, you can click ‘Ignore Re-engage’.

If you suggest a new rate in this way, and would like to withdraw your suggestion, you can select ‘Withdraw’.

Each withdrawal request will require approval from us at Care Hires, but once complete it will revert back to the stage before you entered the new rate - allowing you to accept or reject the client’s bid.
