Managing Your Worker Profiles

Organisation Tab

This subsection will provide you with a comprehensive overview of your organisation tab in order for you to navigate through it seamlessly. 

  • You can access a list of workers in the right and side panel.
  • You can search using the name or email of the worker if you want to find someone specific.

 

Click the Profile icon to view the employees’ Basic Information. Here, you can view the employees’ personal, work, and other information. 

Click the Documents and Proof icon to view the employees’ CV and documents such as passport, DBS certificate, vaccination certificates, and work visa. These can be configured based on what types of documents the care organisation wants to maintain.


Click the Certificates icon to view the employees’ educational and training certifications. These certificates will determine the compliance validation of your employees. 


Click the Emergency icon to view the employees’ emergency contact details. 


Click the Vaccinations icon to view the employees’ vaccinations and allergy information. 


Click the References icon to view the employees’ academic, character or professional references. 

Click the Teams icon to view the assigned team details of the worker.
