Understanding minimum charge rates
While updating your supply information, you will be prompted to provide your minimum charge rate, essentially, this is the lowest rate you would be willing to charge a client for that worker type and skills mentioned, in that area.
How do we use this information?
Care Hires will consult clients on current market rates and how likely our network can fulfil their staffing needs. Where information is not accurately reflected on your account, or where rates are inflated, it can make it difficult for us to win new business for you.
Top tip:
It is important that this rate is competitive, yet feasible, for your agency as this will influence the likelihood of a client working with you.
The rates you enter in this section are not binding, and also do not guarantee that we will connect you with a client who is looking for a worker at this rate, it is purely an indication for us here at Care Hires so that we can accurately match you to one or more of our clients - that you can agree with on a case-by-case basis.
