When uploading certificates, ensure that you are selecting the most appropriate training title from the drop down list to match the evidence you are uploading. 

Speedy compliance checks:

Having the correct evidence against the correct training title helps speed up compliance checks. - this helps you complete new contract applications sooner and get staff out to shifts!

Boost your workers profile: 

Assign Skills relevant to your worker within the ‘Profile’ section (first page) of their profile on Care Hires. All skills need to be evidenced under certificates or document sections for this. Adding skills will boost shift eligibility and help your worker stand out to clients.

Shift Eligibility:

Skills and training must align with what is stated on your digital agreement within the Care HIres platform. Failing to match these will mean your staff will not appear as eligible for said clients shifts. For example, if a client has posted a shift for a Support Worker who has PBS training, only Support workers who have PBS selected as a skill and can evidence this in the certificates section, will be able to be put forward for the shift.

Stand out for quality staff:

More skills and certificates equals highly trained and qualified staff. When clients view workers suggested for shifts, they can access an overview of the workers profile. This includes the list of certificates and skills the worker holds. When they see your worker has more than the mandatory requirements, it sets your worker apart from the crowd.
