Enhanced Filters

The "Open" and "Open Overdue" job search filters have been enhanced to provide greater clarity and control over job visibility.

These improvements enable users to easily distinguish between jobs that are entirely open and those that already have suggested workers, helping streamline job tracking and fulfilment.

Previously, the Open Jobs filter included jobs where workers had been suggested, which often led to confusion and delays in identifying jobs that required immediate attention. With this enhancement, users can now efficiently isolate jobs needing action, improving operational accuracy and responsiveness.

These filters are available to internal and external users, such as Super Admins, Agency Users, and Provider Users.

Key Functionality: 

    • New Filters Introduced:
      Open: Displays only jobs that are entirely open, excluding those with any suggested workers.
      Open Overdue: Displays only jobs that are overdue jobs.
  • Availability across Views
    These filters are now available in all the views: List View, Agency View and Provider View.
  • User Access across User Types
    The enhanced filters are accessible to the following user roles: Super Admins, Agency Users and Provider Users.
