You need to have an approved Healthcare Worker profile registered on the Care Hires system to receive the invitation and complete the sign-in process to access the mobile app.
The Healthcare Worker mobile application is available for download at the iOS Store and Android Play Store for all iOS and Android users.
Ensure that you are an IOS or Google Android user. We do not support the Huawei Mobile store at the moment.
Update your OS version to the latest Android or IOS version that your mobile device supports.
You can download the Care Hires App by following these steps:
- Open the invitation email sent to you by the agency - In order to download and sign in to the Healthcare Worker Application, You need to receive an invitation with the login credentials from your agency.
- Use the credentials sent by the agency (Email ID & Password) to sign-in
- You can click on the “Download App” button to download the mobile app to your Mobile.

Please visit the iOS App Store (iOS) or Android Play Store (Android) and Search Care Hires to download the application to your mobile and use the credentials that were shared in the email.
