Creating New Timesheets
In a situation where an employee responded to an emergency shift without officially clocking-in/ clocking out, managers can create a timesheet on his/ her behalf.
1. Navigate to the timesheets tab on the top left of your screen
2. Simply click Add Timesheets button located on the top-right of the module.
3. The workers list will then appear on the right. Select the worker you want to add a timesheet to.
4. You will be directed to an Add a New Timesheet prompt box.
4. Input the shift date, care home name and the duration.
5. Once all details are included accurately, click Create.
A new timesheet will be added to the pending list to be approved.
