- Once your bid is accepted
Cancel a job
Whenever you have a shift that is accepted, and you know that you won’t be able to make it to that shift due to a valid reason, you can cancel the shift.
- Go to the “shifts” tab
- Click on the “accepted” shifts section
- Click on the job you want to cancel
- Have the job details at hand and call your manager
- Inform your manager the reason for cancellation
- You will be notified when the shift gets canceled for you
**NOTE - Please do always check before applying for shifts that you are happy with the date and timings of the shift and where the home is located.
