Care Hires self-billing process

Great news, sit back and relax. Once timesheets are submitted, Care Hires will raise an invoice weekly on your behalf for shifts completed, and send it to your clients!

Every time we raise an invoice on your behalf, we will store a digital version of it in the Finance section, this means that you can view all current and historic invoices in one handy location.

Each line item represents the invoice raised, with a breakdown of who the invoice is to, when it was raised and when you should expect payment, when the cutoff for client approval is, the pending amount, and its status (whether that is pending approval, approved, disputed, paid etc.).

If you would like a more in-depth summary of the invoice, please click the eye icon on the right hand side of the invoice you wish to view. This will bring up a small window that will allow you to view the information previously mentioned, plus additional details such as any notes, activity, and a link to the shift(s) that were completed.

You’ll notice that all invoices have a number on the very left hand side. If you wish to raise a query on one of your invoices, please make a note of this number as it will help our team identify which invoice you are referencing.
