Adding Learners

If you’d like to add your learners onto Care Academy, please could you fill out their details within the Care Academy Profile Overview spreadsheet under ‘User Profile Properties’




When in this section, there are a few details we’ll need to know to get your worker setup, this includes their:


  • Name
  • Email address (if the user is registered on Care Hires, please set this to the same email so we link the accounts in the future!)
  • Job title
  • Region
  • Country
  • Special interests (what courses they are most interested in)
  • Account start date (when you would like the workers account activated)
  • User Group (Agency)
  • Approver (who will be approving their enrolment/submissions on the platform)
  • Team Leader (who will be managing them on the platform)

When you have added the desired users, please return the spreadsheet to academy@carehires.com!
