Understanding worker statuses and lifecycle

Understanding the worker lifecycle helps you manage availability, compliance, and scheduling eligibility with precision.

Each status reflects where a worker stands in your staffing process — and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Status Definitions:

  • Draft: Created but missing required fields
  • Profile Completed: All required information provided; ready for scheduling and billing setup
  • Active: The worker is available for shifts
  • Disabled: The worker is temporarily suspended from use
  • Resigned: Worker has formally exited the agency
  • Archived: Retained for historical reference only

Lifecycle Notes:

  • Workers start in Draft if incomplete.
  • Once required data is filled, they move to Profile Completed.
  • Active status is assigned by default unless otherwise specified.
  • Disabled / Resigned / Archived statuses restrict or remove scheduling access.
