Understanding worker statuses and lifecycle
Understanding the worker lifecycle helps you manage availability, compliance, and scheduling eligibility with precision.
Each status reflects where a worker stands in your staffing process — and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Status Definitions:
- Draft: Created but missing required fields
- Profile Completed: All required information provided; ready for scheduling and billing setup
- Active: The worker is available for shifts
- Disabled: The worker is temporarily suspended from use
- Resigned: Worker has formally exited the agency
- Archived: Retained for historical reference only
Lifecycle Notes:
- Workers start in Draft if incomplete.
- Once required data is filled, they move to Profile Completed.
- Active status is assigned by default unless otherwise specified.
- Disabled / Resigned / Archived statuses restrict or remove scheduling access.
