Understanding the difference between General Workforce and Care Hires-verified workers
Agency Accelerator supports two types of workers: those you manage directly, and those verified by Care Hires. Knowing the difference ensures proper workflow, visibility, and responsibilities.
General Workforce Workers:
- Created and fully managed by your agency
- Editable at all times
- Immediately schedulable and assignable to clients
- Only visible to your agency users
Care Hires-Verified Workers:
- Created via the traditional SCM onboarding flow
- Require submission and approval by Care Hires team
- Profile fields are locked after submission
- Care Hires staff can view and validate documents
Key Difference:
Care Hires-verified workers are centrally managed for quality control, while General Workforce workers offer agencies full autonomy.
