How to upload documents to a worker profile

Centralised document management ensures your worker profiles are compliant and audit-ready. Upload contracts, certificates, and key forms in one place.

Steps:

  1. Open the worker profile from the Workers section.
  2. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  3. Click “Upload Document.”
  4. Select a file from your device (PDF, DOC, JPG, PNG).
  5. Add a document type or label (e.g., DBS, Training Certificate).
  6. Click Save.

Uploaded documents are stored securely and timestamped for audit purposes.
