How to update or version an existing rate card

When rates change, you must create a new version of the existing rate card. The system automatically versions rate cards to maintain history.

To update:

  1. Go to the client profile → Rate Cards tab.
  2. Click “Create New Rate Card.”
  3. Select a future Effective Date.
  4. Add updated rates and save.

The previous rate card remains archived, and the new version will apply from the specified date.
