How to track leave balance updates with audit logs

Any time a leave balance is added, updated, or removed, the system automatically tracks it. This ensures accountability and provides a clear audit trail for compliance and review.

How to view balance changes:

  1. Navigate to the Leave Management module.
  2. Open the Balance Setup tab.
  3. Click the history or audit icon (📘) next to any worker’s balance.
  4. A log will appear showing:
    • Previous and new values
    • Date/time of change
    • User who made the change

Tip: Use this log to investigate any discrepancies or validate manual adjustments.
