How to set up a new client

The Client Management module in Agency Accelerator allows agencies to onboard and manage their own off-panel clients. 

Here's how to set up a new client from scratch: 
  1. Navigate to Clients
    • Log in to the Agency Accelerator platform.
    • Click on the “Clients” section from the navigation menu.
  2. Add a New Client
    • Click “Add New Client.”
    • Verify the Business
      • You can verify the business registration using the built-in Companies House lookup.
      • If the registration number is valid, the system will auto-fill official company details.
    • Enter required details:
      • Company Name
      • Business Registration Number
      • VAT Status
      • Contact phone numbers and email
  1. Save the Profile

    • If all mandatory fields are filled, the client will be marked as “Profile Completed.”
    • If fields are missing, the status remains “Draft.” You can update it later.

Once saved, the client is added to your off-panel list and is ready for site, billing, and rate configuration.
