How to quick-add a worker with minimum information

Need to get a worker into the system fast? The quick-add feature helps you register essential worker info in seconds — perfect for onboarding during busy times or capturing new joiners on the go.

Required fields to create a worker:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • NI Number
  • Primary Branch

Steps:

  1. Go to the Workers section and click “Add Worker.”
  2. Fill in only the required fields above.
  3. Click “Save.”
  4. You can update the full profile later when more information becomes available.
