How to assign a worker to multiple branches
Need to deploy a worker across more than one location? You can assign them to multiple agency branches to expand their availability and support flexible staffing.
Steps:
- Navigate to the Workers section.
- Search for the worker and click to open their profile.
- Go to the Branch Assignment area.
- Ensure a Primary Branch is selected (required).
- Use the “Other Assigned Branches” field to add additional branches.
- Click “Save.”
Workers will only appear in shift planning for branches they’re assigned to.
