How to assign a worker to multiple branches

Need to deploy a worker across more than one location? You can assign them to multiple agency branches to expand their availability and support flexible staffing.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Workers section.
  2. Search for the worker and click to open their profile.
  3. Go to the Branch Assignment area.
  4. Ensure a Primary Branch is selected (required).
  5. Use the “Other Assigned Branches” field to add additional branches.
  6. Click “Save.”

Workers will only appear in shift planning for branches they’re assigned to.
