How to archive or deactivate a client

When a client is no longer active, you can either deactivate or archive their profile.

To deactivate:

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Toggle the Active/Inactive switch.

To archive:

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Click “Archive Client.”

Archived clients cannot be edited or scheduled unless reactivated. All historical data remains accessible for auditing.
