How to add a new leave request on behalf of a worker
Agency staff can add leave requests on behalf of workers. Ideal for internal staff, emergency leave, or when mobile access isn’t available.
Steps:
- Go to the Leave Management module.
- Click “Leave Requests.”
- Click “Add Leave” or “+ New Request.”
- Select the worker’s name.
- Choose the Leave Type (e.g., Annual, Sick, Maternity).
- Set the Start Date and End Date.
- Specify From / To times if using hourly mode.
- Click Save.
Note: The system will automatically validate the request for job conflicts and overlapping leave before saving.
