How to add a new leave request on behalf of a worker

Agency staff can add leave requests on behalf of workers. Ideal for internal staff, emergency leave, or when mobile access isn’t available.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Leave Management module.
  2. Click “Leave Requests.”
  3. Click “Add Leave” or “+ New Request.”
  4. Select the worker’s name.
  5. Choose the Leave Type (e.g., Annual, Sick, Maternity).
  6. Set the Start Date and End Date.
  7. Specify From / To times if using hourly mode.
  8. Click Save.

Note: The system will automatically validate the request for job conflicts and overlapping leave before saving.
